The Ouleikai (OLK) 4V series pilot-operated 5-way solenoid valve is a fluid directional valve suitable for air as the working medium. The 4V series valve body is made of aluminum alloy and incorporates high-quality materials such as grade A dust-proof pilot heads, Mitsubishi sealing components, and non-freezing lubricating oil. It can maintain its functionality in harsh working environments. This valve has undergone rigorous EMC and LVD compliance testing and obtained CE certification, meeting the highest safety and quality standards. The product accepts customized appearance colors, allowing users to quickly identify the product in complex integrated system environments. The standard interfaces for the 4V series solenoid valves are M5, G1/8, G1/4, G3/8, G1/2, available in integrated sets for easy installation. Working principle:

Drive: One side of the coil is energized to become an electromagnet (the other side is not energized), attracting a movable iron core and opening the internal channel of the pilot head. Air enters the pilot head through the internal channel of the valve body through the inlet port P, pushing the valve core to the other side and switching the working state of the solenoid valve. Reset: Both coils are powered off, and the valve core returns to the central position under the action of the spring. Necessary conditions for the operation of the pilot solenoid valve: 1. The solenoid valve is energized; 2. The pressure at the air inlet P must be greater than 0.15MPa.
