High Speed Chain Assembly Line

The Chain assembly line is our newly develop product. Applied with mechanical, electrical and hydraulic technology, all process is controlled by PLC system. Not only assembly chain but also pre-stretch it and disassembly chain to appointed length.

Automatic detection, it can be immediately stopped when there is a fault with machine, do no harm to machine and the chain.
Cost saving, one operator responsible for one machine, generally, there is about 3 worker to complete these job.
