NeoDen9 is a ball screw pick and place machine with 6 simultaneous pick-up heads, max 53 tape reel feeder capacity, max 14000CPH placement rate, which is suitable for scale pcb assembly production with fast speed and high accuracy. The width of the machine is 80cm, which can enter most doors.

It supports both electric feeder and pneumatic feeder.
The cost of electric feeder is higher, but for 0201 component, you need to select electric feeder.
The cost of pneumatic feeder is lower, you can select it for normal assembly work.
The feeder size: 8mm/ 12mm/ 16mm/ 24mm/ 32mm/ 44mm/ 56mm.

Applicable components: 0201, 0402, 0603, 0805, 1206, 1210, SOP, SSOP, SOC, QFP, QFN, BGA, 3538, 4148 diode, 3535 ball shape LED, 5050 etc.
