Tricot warp knitting machine is different from raschel machines. It can run at high speeds over 2000rpm. So the tricot knitting machine has high requirements for the quality of the spare parts.

In the market, the most popular tricot knitting machine models are the tricot machine HKS3M and the tricot machine HKS4. The EL and pattern disk drive are available for these two types of machines. AZEN Tricot machine could work at 2,000rpm because of the advanced crank lever components used and the effective motion features designed.

Manufacturing Factories:

 

We have four workshops, two of them are warp knitting machines and warping machines workshops, and another two are fabric production mill and spare parts manufacture workshops separately.

Most of our newly developed machines will be used in our fabric knitting factory for a profound test, after which, we will promote into the market.

Spare parts such as compound needle bed, tongue needle bed, needle guide bar, sinker bed, and latch needle bed are produced in our CNC machines, the bars or beds used on Chinese and German warp knitting machines.
