The installation of Frp flanges and frp pipes is produced by the process of spraying, contact molding, and spray. In the hand-up and contact mold process, veils and alternate coatings of mats and solid roving weaves with resin are applied to the mold. The continuous spray-up process of strand roving is deactivated through a chopper gun, combined with catalyst resin, and sprayed onto the mold surface.
Our pipe fittings include 45 degree elbow, 90 degree elbow, T-shirt, joint, wheel rim, Y type pipe, adapter pipe, and so on.Some pipe joints can be processed directly, such as elbow, triplet, cross, and so on, for easy implementation.
