High Temperature Roof Flashing

High temperature flashing is made of silicone and can withstand much higher temperatures than an EPDM flashing. The silicone cone seals to the flue pipe whilst the flexible base can be moulded to most roof profiles (including metal corrugated roofs). This flashing is commonly used as a workshop stove flashing as it can withstand intermittent temperatures of up to 250º C and be fitted to profiled and corrugated roofs. This roof flashing is covered by a 20 year warranty.

Please note that the maximum temperature that the high temperature flashing can get to is 250º C.

Advise that the fixing kits use self tapping screws - in some situations a nut and bolt will be more suitable, in which case please do not order the fixing kit although you may wish to order some silicone.
