High Wind Pressure Glass Washing & Dry Machine
* Cleaning and drying flat glass and Low-e glass
* Conveying roll shafts are all rubber shafts, gear transmission, stepless speed regulator electric motor drive, speed adjustment 0.8~12m/min
* There are three pairs (6pcs) of rotary brushes (up and down) Φ150mm, the whole disc brush can be up and down to adjust the different thickness glass. It can go up for people to maintain. Height adjustable (0-350mm)
* Three set high-pressure air blades to blow away most of water on the surface of glass, the rest moisture is dried by hot air with temperature of 40~60°C, one set of 22KW air blower with insulation box.
* Using water pump as circulation pump, with 3 sets of stainless steel water tanks, which can be pulled out to clean.
* All sparge pipes are stainless steel water pipes
* Independent control cabinet, electric control component are "Schneiderr" and "Chint" brand. Electric motor control circuit has overloading, default phase, short-circuit protection function to guarantee safe running of the machine
* Machine is with CE Certificate
