Product Introduction
The commonly utilized simply supported beam is a 32-meter box beam, typically featuring a beam height of approximately 3 meters. To enhance formwork construction efficiency, our precast box girder formwork integrates fixed turnover or transverse moving external formwork and a hydraulic integral internal formwork structure. Distinctive for its minimal transverse flat-fell seams and robust overall stiffness, our formwork boasts a straightforward yet reliable hydraulic system for seamless contraction and expansion. By harmonizing automation with manual operations, we achieve a high turnover rate and cost-efficiency. Box girder formwork is categorized by shape into single-box and multi-box, by stress form into simply-supported and continuous beams, and by component formation into prefabricated and cast-in-place.
