1. Materials: Using the PVC raw materials mixed the retion formula materials together and produce the slat, valance and bottom rail by the extrude machine, the slat thicknes is 2.8mm and, valance thickness is 7mm, bottom rail thickness thickness 14mm and tolerance +/- 0.2mm.
2. Surface process: The surface finish can do any style, smooth or embossed it depends on the buyers' required,use the machine cover the design on the surface of the slat, valance and bottom rail.
3. Style design: the surface finished smooth or embossed or printed style design have many difference style, such as the leather-like, wooden-like, embossed-like etc
4. Temperature-proof: PVC slats is quality of among of the PVC fauxwood slat and wooden slats, it can bear about the 40-45 degree and don't bend.
5. Weights: 50mm*2.8mm slat weight is 110g per metre, 63mm*7mm valance weight 240g per meter, bottom rail 50mm*14mm weight is 490g per meters
