Ring-lock scaffold system is one of the most popular scaffolding systems, mainly composed of standard, ledger, diagonal braces, base collar, plank, wedge pins.
With advantages of high loading capacity, safety, efficiency, easy assembly, and durability, ringlock system is idea for all your shoring and supporting works, especially used in construction of bridges, tunnels, water towers, buildings, oil refinery, etc.
Auto-welding makes very nice looking and good quality.
Customized sizes are available on special request.
Various finishing are available: paint, zinc plate, powder coated, hot-DIP galvanized
Packing:
1. Generally, the total net weight of loaded container is 22 tons to 26 tons, which need be confirmed before loading.
2. Different packages are used for different products:
---bundles: timber beam, steel props, tie rod, etc.
---pallet: small parts will be put in bags and then on pallets.
---wooden cases: it is available on customer's request.
---bulk: some irregular goods will be loaded in bulk in container.
Delivery:
1. Production: For full container, normally we need 20-30 days after receive customer's down payment.
2. Transportation: It depends on the destination charge port.
3. Negotiation is needed for special requirements.

Standards are the vertical supporting members, made of high-strength steel tube. Rosettes are welded on the standards every 0.5m intervals and provide the integral node connection.

Vertical Diagonal Braces:
