Product Description
The series of drill pipe power power tongs are widely used in the oil field to unload the screw thread of drill pipe during drilling operation. They have the advantages of high operation efficiency, job security and reliability, which can greatly reduce the labor intensity of workers and improve the quality of casing string thread connection. The clamp head is an open end type, using advanced swinging double jaw plate clamp heads to ensure reliable clamping. The transmission mechanism adopts a pneumatic clutch to achieve non-stop gear shifting with high efficiency. It can be equipped with a torque meter to implement computer monitoring and management of pressure, torque, and turns. The power tong complies with SY/T5074 standard and API Spec 7K specification.

This product has the following advantages: 1. The hydraulic backup tong is combined with the main tong to form a combination tong. By operating the manual directional valve on the main tong, the backup tong automatically tightens or loosens the oil pipe synchronously. 2. The main tong and backup tong heads are equipped with an inner curved roller climbing bidirectional clamping mechanism, and the reverse clamping only needs to rotate the steering on the main tong and backup tong by 180 degrees. 3. According to user needs, the power tong can also be equipped with an overflow valve to provide overload protection in case of failure of the oil supply system overflow valve. 4. The opening of the clamp head is equipped with an automatic opening and closing safety door, which serves as safety protection for the working room. 5. Adjusting the oil supply pressure can obtain the torque required for various materials of oil pipes when making up.
