1.Operating principle
This machine adopts a horizontal structure. The main shaft is supported by two rolling bearing seats. Two power frames are installed on the shaft, and a total of 3 moving knives are installed on each power frame. There is a driving pulley on the outside of the bearing seat, and one fixed knife is installed in the casing. Therefore, the 6 power knives and 1 fixed knife perform strong shearing on the materials to achieve the purpose of pulverization.
2.Product features
This coarse crusher is of a horizontal crushing structure. The materials enter the crushing chamber through the feed hopper and are crushed by the impact and shearing of the rotating cutter and the fixed cutter. Due to the effect of the rotating centrifugal force, the materials automatically flow to the outlet. This machine is designed according to the "GMP" standard. The whole machine is made entirely of stainless steel materials. It has a simple structure, is convenient for cleaning, and has low noise. It is the most ideal equipment among current coarse crushers.
