The hydraulic pump outputs oil to cylinder when the carrying board rises, so carrying board is rised. The hydraulic pump doesn't work when the carrying descends. The electromagnetic valve works to hydraulic return to pump, and safe lock is switched on, which the carrying board falls to ground.
