Equipment structure features:

1. The equipment is composed of the main engine, hydraulic transmission system and electrical control system, using hydraulic power, speed and pressure are high stability.

2. Single-arm hydraulic press is also called bow hydraulic press, so it is structured like a column and shaped like a bow. It is composed of two parts: the main engine and the control mechanism. The main part of the hydraulic press includes the body, the master cylinder, the liquid filling device, etc. The power mechanism is composed of oil tank, high pressure pump, low pressure control system, motor and various pressure valves and direction valves. Under the control of the electric device, the power mechanism realizes the energy conversion, adjustment and transmission through the pump and the cylinder and various hydraulic valves to complete the cycle of various process actions.

3. The cylinder adopts the self-developed fast letter cylinder, the characteristics of the cylinder are: first fast empty line drop → buffer feed → rapid recovery, stable performance, small motor power demand, low oil temperature, using a special oil return design, the work can be automatically closed loop design, improve the safety factor.

5. The main oil tank is a steel plate welded structure. Pickling, passivation, anti-rust treatment and leak-proof test should be carried out before assembly. The main tank is equipped with a level gauge and a tank cleaning hole is opened on the side to facilitate the cleaning of the tank, and a filter is installed on the top.

6. The machine can be optional: equipped with blowing waste, lighting line of sight more bright, display, electronic ruler, pressure sensor, cooling device and so on optional customization.
