[Production characteristic]

1.Excellent hydrophilic properties.

2. Similar to self-emulsifying properties, it can ensure the stability of the emulsion in a high shear and wide pH range; there is no sticking roller, sticking tank, oil floating, and demulsification of traditional silicone oil during use.

3. Good stability, high temperature resistance, acid and alkali resistance, electrolyte resistance, convenient and simple to use.

4. Provides superior crisp, plump, and oily feel.

5. Very low yellowing characteristics: suitable for white or light-colored fabrics.

6. Certainly deepen the brightening effect, effectively increase the depth of dyeing, and save the amount of dye.

[Using  method]

 1.Recommend artwork

         Padding process: dosage 30g/L ~ 80g/L, setting 150ºC ~ 180ºC, 50 seconds           

         (The specific process can be adjusted according to the sample as appropriate)

 2. Can be used in combination with other finishing agents to obtain a special touch style. Please make compatibility experiments before use

1. Please do not expose it to air for a long time, and cover it in time after use;

2. Please stir evenly before use;

3. The best cut-off date does not mean that the product is no longer applicable. Performance testing should be performed prior to use to ensure that it is

applicability.

[Packaging and storage] 

50KG / 120KGS/ plastic drum (lined with plastic bag).

Sorted in cool and ventilated place ,prevent heat  stable period is 6 months .
