IEC60227 Flexible Cable Flexing Tester for 2 Pulley

Application
The Flexible Cable Flexing Tester is used to detect the damage degree of flexible cables with rubber insulation and sheath after bending for a certain number of times under the dynamic load.

Main Specifications:

1. Test station: 1 in total, measuring one sample each time.
2. Winding mode: two pulleys.
3. Bending speed: 0.33 M / s.
4. Bending stroke: ≥ 1m.
5. Test current: 0 ~ 35A adjustable.
6. Test voltage: two core single-phase AC: 0 ~ 230V (adjustable), three-core three-phase AC: 0 ~ 400V (adjustable) 50Hz.

Fault detection and shutdown: when the actual test sample conductor is open circuit, short circuit between conductors, short circuit between cable sample and pulley, and has the functions of wire break indication, phase to phase short circuit indication, wire core and shell short circuit indication.
11. Power requirements: AC380 (± 10%) V / 50Hz.

1. The control panel is located in the front of the machine to facilitate observation and operation, and the power supply is located at the back of the machine.
2. The driving structure is concealed, with a neat and beautiful overall appearance and easy cleaning.
3. The pulley device is located above the machine. The pulley is a nut locking structure, which is convenient for users to replace the pulley and test different samples.
4. Four universal casters with lock are installed at the bottom of the chassis to facilitate movement. During the test, pressing the caster lock can fix the machine without moving.

1. The Flexible Cable Flexing Tester adopts Taiwan DC reduction motor + sprocket chain structure.
2. The relay control system is adopted, and all electronic components are domestic leading brands, which can better ensure the performance and detection accuracy of the machine.
3. The equipment has the following safety protection devices: power overload, short circuit protection and control circuit overload protection.

1. The ground is flat, well ventilated and free of flammable, explosive and corrosive gases and dust.
