ICEUPS tube ice machines are composed ice evaporator,liquid storage tank,steam valve,control cabinet,various valves and connections pipeline so on.Main part is the ice evaporator.
the body is vertical tube type,numbers of heat transfer tubes through the up&down of tube plate,the top and bottom each have one water tank.the refrigerant evaporate in the inner of evaporator during freezing and absorb heat from water in the inner wall of heat tube.
Water in frozen into ice attached to the inner tube wall. The heat vapor go into the evaporator housing when the thickness of ice is enough,then Ice from inner tube are off, then continuously dischargedalong the outlet.
The Ice production time is 20 minutes,the Ice off time is 1~3minutes, both time can be adjusted.
Tube ice machine is equipped with the intelligent program parts,such as low water level,water flow,ice-full sensor,high&low pressure and so on,then the ice machines are more stable and secure,it is more convenient operation and maintenance.
