Installation Instructions

Installation and use:

1. Installation
The product consists of precision parts. Treat this product with caution. When installing the product, if the eccentricity and deflection Angle are large, the load on the shaft will increase, and the life cycle and accuracy of the product may be shortened.
When inserting the coupling into the shaft, do not use a hammer or other strong impact.
Step 2 Use
Do not disconnect or connect the circuit when it is powered on. May damage the device. Do not connect cables when the power is on. Do not splash water, oil, etc. on the electronic products, and cover the protective cover if necessary.
3. Environment
Do not use this machine in the following environments, otherwise it may cause failure.
This product or part may be damaged by strong vibration or shock.
Where there is a large amount of flammable or corrosive gases. A place where a strong magnetic field or electrical noise occurs. Places that exceed rated temperature or humidity. A place near a strong acid or base.
4. Vibration and shock
If the product is subjected to a large impact or strong vibration, it may cause pulse error.
High resolution encoders are susceptible to vibration, so check the encoder's links.
5. Wire connection
After wiring fixed devices and cables, do not unplug cables with a strength greater than 30N.
If the wire encoder cable is in the same conduit as the high voltage or power cable, failure or interference may result. Separate wiring or use separate conduits.
