Our Brush Plates are ideal for supporting, guiding or transporting, cleaning or pressing delicate items without damage and
minimizing noise. With a low frictional resistance and carrying capacity of up to 2000 kg per square meter, tufted Brush Plates are constructed on a synthetic or fiber board core in any shape or size up to 1200 mm x 2500 mm.
Lath Brushes are versatile rectangular shaped brush with numerous combinations of brush fill, density and tuft pattern. Constructed on a synthetic, wood, aluminium or steel core, tufts of fill material machine stapled, resin set or hand wire drawn into the core.
A comprehensive range of synthetic, wire, natural hair, fiber, abrasive and mixed materials is available to suit all kinds of
applications from roughening and cleaning to pressuring and transporting. As well as the many standard cores and fill materials available from stock, we specialize in custom making to your requirement, including machining, angled tufts and profiled trims.
