Industrial Salt / Sodium Chloride / Sea Salt

Industrial salt is mainly used in alkali making, soap making and the production of chlorine and sodium hydroxide. It is also widely used in metallurgy, tanning, pharmaceutical industry, agriculture, animal husbandry and fishery. The main components of salt are chlorine and sodium. Edible "salt" and industrial "salt" are the same chemical composition, but for different purposes.
