1) Extrusion host: according to different material characteristics, ideal high-efficiency single screw extruder is adopted, which has high output and good plasticizing capacity.
2)Screen changer: hydraulic control is adopted to make the screen changing process fast and effective. Double station multi change and sealing mechanism design ensure no material leakage and stable extrusion.
Pressure feedback: American Denisco pressure sensor is adopted, which has significant pressure stabilizing effect, greatly improves the output and manufacturing quality accuracy of extruder, and makes the thickness of sheet (plate) more uniform.
3) Extrusion die: the single-layer and multi-layer composite co-extrusion die with hanger design is adopted. The interior of the die is polished and hard plated to ensure stable and uniform extrusion and good surface finish.
Three roller calendering: it adopts vertical or inclined structure and independently controlled water (oil) temperature control device to ensure accurate temperature control, synchronous frequency conversion of roller, easy thickness adjustment and so on.
4)Tractor: it adopts two roller traction design and variable frequency speed regulation to provide accurate tension speed ratio for plates and provide safety guarantee for production.
5) Automatic cutting system: servo motor driven cutting mode and automatic meter counting device are adopted to ensure rapid cutting and flatness.
