Embossing Roller:
Embossing roller is a tool used to press patterns on the surface of materials, often used in artificial leather, plastic products and other materials. An embossing roller usually consists of a heating roller and a lower embossing roller engraved with a pattern.
The pattern is imprinted on the material by the pressure between the two rollers. The material of the embossing roller is usually high-quality seamless steel pipe or alloy steel, the hardness is between HRC58-62. Its working principle is driven by compressed air, the abrasive is sprayed to the workpiece surface at high speed, so as to change the mechanical properties of the workpiece surface, so that it can obtain a certain degree of cleanliness and roughness.
