The JCW Eco series bench-top presses are designed to achieve top crimping quality. The JCW-2T Eco is the most widely used model.
The JCW-2T Eco terminal crimping machine is an excellent solution for wires up to 4mm². It is possible to mount most OTP-style crimp applicators, including loose piece, side-feed, and rear-feed types. With the fast changeover, you can switch different crimp applicators for processing open and closed barrel terminals in roll, also loose piece terminals.
Instead of a manual crimp tool, the JCW-2T terminal crimping machine ensures that correct crimping force is applied to the terminals when they are crimped onto wires, it also gives you greatly increased productivity.
Easy, fast, safe, and quiet
The ideal speed for the crimping process can be individually adjusted to match the operator efficiency. The JCW-2T terminal crimping machine is activated by a foot pedal, the operator can use both hands to safely and accurately place the wires. Depending on operator proficiency it is possible to crimp every 1-2 seconds. This electric terminal crimping machine adopts a variable-frequency drive to minimize power consumption and cause low noise, this electric crimping machine requires no compressed air.
The JCW-2T terminal crimping machine can be equipped with crimp force monitoring on request.
Each machine comes with power cords suitable for different countries, a foot pedal, a lamp for the working area lighting, and a pair reel holder bracket.
