Full-automatic plate pasteurizer for fresh milk 


(1) Application scope:wildly used in fresh milk ; milk/dairy beverage; juice ; tea ; alcohol ; Ice crea ect.Especially suitable for heat-sensitive liquid processing.

(2) Processing parameter:
 Pasteurized milk: 5ºC(product inlet)→ 65ºC(homogenizing) →85ºC/95ºC(sterilizing)→15S(temperature holding)→5ºC(product outlet)

(3)Equipment description:
Full-automatic dual purpose plate pasteurization/ yogurt pasteurization system is mainly composed of multi-stages plate heat exchanger, balance tank, sanitary pump, hot water tank, auto-control valves, steam system, etc. The total power is 13k w, Max steam consumption quantity is 330kg/h.

(4)Equipment features:
• Full-automatic dual purpose plate pasteurization/ yogurt pasteurization system adopts the plate heat exchanger to do heating treatment on product, high heat exchange efficiency, the temperature difference between hot water and product is less than 1.0ºCduring heating, the milk is gently heated to keep it from browning, at the same time, the heat recovery efficiency can reach up to more than 90%, to greatly save energy consumption; All the key temperature points are using Proportional control valve, high auto level, automatic temperature control of degassing and yogurt fermentation, stable and reliable working, the pasteurization temperature can be within ±0.5ºC accuracy.
• On the basis of ensuring the high efficient heat recovery, it has also improved the processing technology by quickening the temperature rising speed of sterilizing and CIP stage, reducing the processing preparation time, and thus improved working efficiency.
•Self equipped CIP system, the Acid and alkaline liquid can be added automatically and proceed CIP cleaning process under the CIP program modular control, to ensure the cleaning efficiency and security.
•Equipped with PLC full automatic control system, temperature recorder, to realize the accurate recording and management of temperature.
