The machine KCT-808 is a High speed Spring Coiling machine, it's professional for making all kinds compression springs, tower springs, drum-shaped springs, gum springs, canted springs, conical springs, torsion springs, tension springs etc. expertly.
It is composed of 8 Japan Yaskawa servo motor, Taiwan Hust Control system, all axis are controlled by independent servor motor, which make the spring easy to test, with fast speed, high precision, and low noise,and save the cost of raw material, this machine also has the function of straight cutting, subtend cutting and rotary cutting.
It is a new design, stable in operation. It's optional with Internal spring length gage and External spring length gage.
