Suitable for winding large packaged embroidery thread & sewing thread on A tube, Y tube and cylindrical tube
A. Electronic winding controls
Adjust the stroke length from 1' to 10', winding density and taper angle;
B. When processing yarns on Y tubes the package formation program is following the tube shape;
C. Winding contact pressure can be set to be automatically detected to intelligently ensure perfect winding;
D. intelligent oil level control,real-time accurate oil temperature control, oil stoppage detection with automatic shutdown, perfect guarantee of oil level on yarn;
E. Intelligent weight assessment, length measurement and counting functions.
