Product Description

KC229 Precision High Speed Silk Winder

Suitable for ultra-fine denier chemical filament yarns such as FDY, DTY and so on, to precision wind for later processes in air covering or two-for-one twisting.

Features
A. Used for precisely winding yarn packages where stroke length is electronically adjusted so that a variety of bobbins can be conveniently be used. Package shape and density can be guaranteed;
B. The digital programmable intelligent touch screen control enables yarns to be precision wound at highest winding speeds;
C. The intelligent tension control system together with an automatic tracking system of the overfeed guarantees optimized yarn package formation;
D. The encoder detection control system and the positional length calculating system contributes to the uniformity of yarn production;
E. Each position is driven by a brushless DC motor which can be individually stopped and started for best operating flexibility.
This reduces the power consumption and at the same time improves production efficiency.
