Kd-L High-Shear Mixing System for Powder and Liquid Mixer

Equipment Introduction

The  KD-L series single-type powder-liquid mixer is specially designed for the dissolution of easily soluable powders (sugar, skimmed milk powder) and a small amount od incompatible powders. The equipment uses the Venturi principle to generate a vacuum, sucks the powder into the liquid stream from the funnel, and then enters the high-shear pump together. The powder and liquid are quickly and uniformly dispersed and dissolved in one-time online.

Applicable Materials

Dairy industry: sugar, milk powder, a small amount of CMC (within 2%) dissolved online, skimmed milk powder, cream and other small materials added. Beverage industry: online dissolution of milk powder, sugar, stabilizers; dissolve a small amount of colloids, thickeners into beverages, disperse citric acid, sour agents and other small materials to beverages to dissolve maltose, vitamins, etc. Other industries: starch/water onlinehomogenization, concentrated juice dissolution, tea powder dissolution, olive oil, water emulison.
