A: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. There may be a mold fee.

Q2. What is your sample policy?
A: Since this product is high-value product, we can accept sample by discount. Should the production be large in quantity, we may even consider re-funding for the sample.

Q3. What is your MOQ?
A: We do not have MOQ request. You can order just 1 sample car. However, additional packing and operating cost will be charged if delivered in LCL way.

Q4. What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.

Q5. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take 15 to 30 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.

Q6: How do you control the quality?
We take pre-production, in-line and final inspections to ensure all the machines can meet the quality standard for world wide customers.
 
Q7: How to deal with the problems appear during the operation of the game center?
We provide technical solutions to customers in the form of video, text, or online video and phone with our technicians to solve the problems.

Q8. Do you test all your vehicles before delivery?
A: Yes, we have 100% test before delivery.  

Q9. How you pack the vehicles?
A: Generally, we pack out goods in containers by iron frame. If you have special requirement we can follow.

Q10. Do you provide OEM service?
A:Yes, we do provide OEM service. However, we will require minimum 200 units vehicles yearly for OEM project.
