Product Description:
Automatic foam block compressing Machine has advantages of automatic operation, high efficiency, welding with water cooling system to ensure the weld seaming is beautiful and solid. Complete PE film roll saves more material. There are two optional working ways: with or without compression. The machines cuts and seams the mattress film at the same time.
Technical Characteristics:
1.Complete automatic packing process--while mattress enters into the machine, the automatic mechanical arm will push the mattress to the right position and the mattress will be placed in the center to ensure the mattress not slip to either side and avoid welding damage for mattresses.
2.The required mattress film width automatically adapts to mattress size, the welding of mattress length direction can be adjusted automatically according to the actual length of the compressed mattress, which greatly saving packaging materials.
3.The finished compressed mattresses can be sent to next process for secondary compression package into a big package, or connect to mattress roll packing machine to make the mattress roller.
