Product Description:
Mattress Roll Packing Machine is mainly used for all kinds of compressed mattress (Bonnell spring mattress and pocket spring mattress) , roll packaging foam or latex directly, which makes easy for transportation and delivery. It greatly helps to save storage and transportation costs for mattress and foam manufacturers, distributors and online retailers. It also provide convenient transportation to the final customers, it changes the traditional way of wasting manpower to handling mattress. Customers can easily move the mattress into the car or elevator alone.
It adopt last lap wrap-round film packaging, instead of the traditional machine which the film follows the whole mattress packaging, greatly saving the film cost. It is also equipped with unique heating wire welding, double sealing to ensure the film's firm welding effect.
