Q: How to place an order?
A: Firstly, send us your request by e-mail, tell us the projection distance and content by file(format: CDR/AI/PDF/JPG/PSD), then we'll
send you a PI to confirm. Next, if all information are right, you can make payment. Finally, we'll arrange order asap once receive payment.

Q:How long does it ship to my country and which delivery method are available?
A:It usually takes 3~7 bussiness days to ship to any country. We use UPS,DHL,TNT,EMS etc. to deliver our products. We'll advise you
the way of shipping ,because we know which shipping company has much better customs clearance  and best delivery time for your country.

Q:How can i track my package?
A:After we send the products, 12-24 hours,we will send tracking number to you, then you can track the products on your local express webite.

Q: If product have problem, how shoud i do?
A: First of all ,all products will test 48 hours before shipping, if products have problems, please send picture and video to us, then our
engineer will find the problem asap! And we will send spare parts in free!
