ML2202 has good processing performance, excellent stretching performance and superior physical and mechanical properties, and the film made of it has high dart strength, good tensile yield strength and stiffness, high sealing strength and heat adhesion. Its toughness and cold resistance make it possible to be used in cold places. is applied to all kinds of packaging bags, shrink packaging, deep cold packaging, pressure molding packaging, lining, medical packaging waste bags, agricultural applications, etc.
LLDPE products are non-toxic, odorless, and tasteless, with milky white particles. Compared with LDPE, it has advantages of high strength, good toughness, strong rigidity, heat resistance, cold resistance, etc., and has good resistance to environmental stress cracking, tear strength, etc and can withstand acids, alkalis, organic solvents, etc. It is mainly used in agricultural film, packaging film, wires and cables, pipes, coated products etc.
Injection molding temperature control: nozzle 190~280ºC, first section 200~280ºC, second section190~260ºC, third section 180~230ºC; pressure: 50~160Mpa; mold: 50~80ºC; drying temperature: 40~60ºC
