Use:
This pe stretch film making machine set is used for producing LDPE stretch film,which is equipped with single screw.The extruded stretch film is with both sides adhesive.If the machine adopts double screws,the two hoppers should use different type of material,thus one side of the extruded stretch film is adhesive and the other side without.It is widely used for packing architecture and hardware parts etc.
Characteristics:
1.Screw and cylinder are all made of 38CRMOALA alloy and treated by nitrogen.It has advantages of corrosion resistance and endurance etc.
2.The cooling device adopts cycle water cooling provide the best transparent effect of the stretch film.
3.Take-up equipment adopts friction type rewinding, with edge correcting device to ensure the quality.

Q1:what's payment terms ,trade terms you accept ?
Usually we appreciate T/T 30% deposit , then 70% balance is paid before shipment , we usually offer fob ningbo price .but we also accept other way like L/C , wetern union ,and do CFR&CIF etc.

First ,our machine is stable and easy to operate by one man ,what you do is just learn some basic thing. Our engineer is onlie for helping you with technical support, also our engineer can come to your factory to help you install and test the machine.And we will sent you manual and video.
Q3. If the machine's spare parts broken ,where can i get ?
We will give you the spare parts which is vulnerable , and some critical parts like gear box , our quality is good ,in case it broken within one year ,we will sent you for free.
