CAMINIX Ball Valve Ball and Seat Match Lapping Machine
It comes fully equipped and ready to use and is suitable for lapping components from 50 mm diameter up to 600 mm diameter. The machine is equipped with an adjustable lapping arm unit. A cam unit allows the Arm to sweep up & down, ensuring even complete lap over the face. The self-contained adjustable flow compound system is mounted on the side of the machine. The machine controls are housed in a separate box mounted on the side of the guard. A smaller control box at the front allows the need for quick starts and efficiency. The lapping operation is controlled by an adjustable timer, which automatically stops the machine.

Metal Seated Ball Valve is also called metal to metal ball valve, as the seat and balls are all made of metal materials. For metal seated ball valve, the seat ring and ball are precisely machined, coated by high velocity oxygen fuel (HVOF) coating process and lapped to match ball, creating a positive seal for bubble-tight performance.
