In regards to the manufacturing process, IFGS outperforms other FRP pipe suppliers as all production parameters (rotation speed, temperature, etc.) and product characteristics (diameter, pressure class and stiffness class) are tightly controlled.

Technologically, the process takes place on a continuously rotating steel mould. Multiple sensors and cameras monitor the automated process for molding FRP pipe fittings and other circular products (tubes, cones, tanks, silos etc.) For thermosetting, reinforcements in the form of rovings are wound around a mandrel, after passing through a catalyzed resin bath.
