Tungsten carbide powder, cobalt, and various additive materials are purchased exclusively from globally accredited suppliers that have been certified by Carbide Technologies to meet our process requirements. Powders are blended in 300kg lots which are then tested and certified before they can be used in production. All process metrics and product properties are monitored and stored in our active database for a minimum of three years, then transferred to optical media and placed into long-term storage.
