This machine is my factory design, manufacture of high-end computer version clip chain extruder, replace the production of all kinds of mold in the shape of a chain, the machine by the main extruder, die shape, cooling water system, automatic feeding device, dehydration equipment, drying equipment, static elimination, electric adjustment device such as water level, etc, the mould structure flexible and convenient loading and unloading.  
Main features:  
1, the machine adopts the mold, using advanced 90 degree extrusion.  
2, the machine adopts the barrel, screw type adopts high quality alloy steel, and after surface chromium plating treatment, has strong wear resistance, high temperature resistance and deformation resistance, with stainless steel cold water tank, can adjust the high and low position at will.  
3, the main and secondary machine adopts frequency conversion speed regulation, so that the production of clip chain quality is more stable.  
4, this machine is computer controlled machine, parameters, speed and other computer control, do not have to manually adjust.

A:Our engineer can go to customer factory to installation . buyer should prepare materials used to testing the machine in advance and should be responsible for the cost of supplier's technician, including round air tickets, visa cost, accommodation and salary 120-150USD/Day per person since the day start out until the day arriving at factory.
