Detail of Automatic Salad Production Line 
The natural principle of water flow tumbling and flushing is used to prevent vegetables from being damaged during the entire washing process, thereby achieving the purpose of industrial standard process clean vegetable processing, and can be used for material cleaning, impurity removal and drainage.

The tank inlet and both sides are equipped with spray pipes, which are supplied with water by a high-pressure water pump. The water in the tank is swirled under the action of the spray pipe. The material is rotated forward by the water flow to complete the cleaning, material conveying, vibration and drainage, and the water flows through the perforated plate of the vibrating screen into the bottom water tank to complete the circulation of the entire water circuit.
