A:When the screen arrived, we will offer you the structure drawing and teach you how to use the control system. If you are not
familiar, we can help do the remote control or take videos step by step until you know how to control it.


Q:How to buy your screen without import experience before?
A:You can offer us your address and we check with the shipping agent for door to door service for your side.

Q:How to solve screen problem?
A:We have aftersales service, for led screen displaying problem, you can take videos and pictures for us, we will do the videos
and steps teach you how to do the repairing.

Q:Is installament support since my money not enough right now but will be ok next month?
A:Now we are accept deposit first, then the balance before shipping. So if you want this product, you can pay us some deposit to
lock the screen order. We can keep the screen for you.
