Lencolo 3001A is a silicone acrylic polymer that participates in crosslinking reactions, effectively endow the coating film with excellent leveling and smoothness, and greatly reduce the surface tension force, improve the wetting ability of the coating film on the substrate, and has a strong anti-shrinkage crater ability.

Good compatibility with various host resins (minimizes the risk of fogging), good substract wettability, effectively prevent coating defects such as shrinkage cavities, pinholes, and fish eyes
Excellent compatibility, good recoatability and printability, no affects on the adhesion of the coating in UV vacuum primer.
Promotes leveling, improves film feel, scratch resistance and slightly increases slip.
Application
Especially suitable for UV clear coatings, UV vacuum coatings, industrial coatings, wood coatings, printing inks and overprint varnishes, inkjet inks, etc.
Usage method
It can be diluted with solvent or directly added to the coating.
The addition proportion is generally 0.05 ~ 0.6%.
Users are advised to determine the best addition proportion through experiments before use.
