    Low heat-rise rice whitener TWMS18/25/30L is suitable for the rice mill with 50-120 tons per day.  The multiple air inlets for air entering into the whitening chamber,the new enhanced air-jetting technique and the air volume passing through the whitening chamber which is 2.28 times higher than normal type, the new mechanical structures such as the receiving bin for cooling rice grains and the double adjustable counter pressure valves for air locking can increase the negative pressure inside the machine, hence realizing low temperature rice whitening under negative pressure. Allow the low broken rice rate and to be controlled at a lower level. The impeller with in the blower is specially design to produce larger suction with low power. Make sure the blower can clean up the bran wthin the whitener chamber when using whitener alone.
    You can also order the whitner with out the blower. In a complete rice processing line the whitener would reply on a independent dust removal air net. Without the blower would reduce the cost of your whole rice processing line.
