DESCRIPTION :
The HGR-550 circulating pump is a wet rotor type pump that is designed for low noise operation in heating and cooling systems. It features a 3-speed motor for customizable flow rates and a flange connection for easy installation. The pump is known for its high temperature resistance and wear resistance, making it suitable for demanding applications. One of the key features of this pump is that it does not have a mechanical seal; instead, it uses two gaskets for static sealing of the shell, which effectively prevents liquid leakage. This design ensures reliable and leak-free operation, making the HGR-550 circulating pump a dependable choice for maintaining optimal circulation in heating and cooling systems.

3.Operation condition:
Ambient Temperature: 0ºC~40ºC
Ambient Humidity: 95%
Liquid Tempreture: -10ºC~110ºC
Ambient temperature must be lower than liquid temperature,
in order to avoid condensate water produced in the interior of stator.
4.Liquid: Clean water ,non-coorosive and non-explosive liquids,without any particle,
fiber or maneral oil. Water/glycol mixtures max.mixing ratio:1:1
5.Dry running no more than 10min.

A: Some factory may have such problem, but we solved it very well, by using good material of pump casing, O-ring, and they fit each other perfect. We use 8 screw on the pump head while others may use only 6 screw to save cost. We test 100% and long time for the pump head part, to make sure there is no leakage problem.
Q: Do you supply sample?
A: We can supply sample, but customer have to pay for the sample fee
