4. Q: Are free samples available?
A: Yes, certainly! Samples of our regular products are free, but delivery costs apply. Custom carpet samples incur a sampling cost plus shipping (refer to No.14-14 for details on Custom Request necessary details before quotation).

5. Q: Is OEM and ODM available?
A: Yes, of course. Please provide us with your detailed customization requirements.

6. What are your payment terms?
A: Payments can be made via L/C, Paypal, T/T, and other methods upon request. Contact us for more options.

7. Q: What is your delivery time?
A: Generally, for in-stock goods, delivery is 3-4 days post-payment after receiving a 30% deposit. For custom orders, it's 15-30 days post-payment, depending on quantity.

8. How do I know if you will deliver the goods after we pay the deposit?
A: We offer trade assurance, allowing you to place orders confidently.

9. Q: Which port will you ship the goods from?
A: We offer EXW, CFR, FOB, and CIF prices. Choose delivery by air, sea, or express. The default port is Jinzhou Port, but other ports can be requested.
