A: For goods in stock, there is no MOQ. However, considering high international shipping costs, we recommend starting with at least 500 square meters. For custom orders, the quantity depends on the design's colors and the yarn material requested (PP, Nylon6, Nylon66, etc.).

2.Q: Can you produce the product according to the design of the sample supplied by customers?
A: Absolutely, our advanced design team can accommodate your requests.

3. How do you control the quality?
A: We have dedicated QC teams that meticulously inspect every order before dispatch.

4.Q: Are free samples available?
A: Yes, samples of our regular products are available for free, but the delivery cost must be covered by the requester. For custom carpet samples, there will be sampling costs plus shipping (see No.14-14 for Custom Request details required before quotation).

5.Q: Is OEM and ODM available?
A: Certainly. Please provide us with detailed requirements for your customized logo.

6. What are your payment terms?
A: Payments can be made via L/C, Paypal, T/T. Other payment terms are also available upon contact.

7.Q: What is your delivery time?
A: For stock items, delivery is within 3-4 days after payment. For custom orders, delivery is 15-30 days after payment, depending on the quantity.

8. How do I know if you will deliver the goods after we pay the deposit?
A: We offer trade assurance; you can place your order there for security.

9.Q: Which port will you ship the goods from?
A: We offer EXW, CFR, FOB, CIF prices. Delivery can be by air, sea, or express. The default port is Jinzhou Port, but other ports are available upon request.
