How to control the product's quality?
1. You can arrange a third-party quality control service to make a spot inspection.
2. We can sign the quality assurance agreement.
How to deal with faulty or refund faulty products?
Firstly, our products are under the supervision of our quality control department and the defective rate is less than 0.5%. However, if during the guaranteed period, if faulty parts are found, we will replace them with new parts.
When can I get the price?
We usually quote within 12 hours after we get your inquiry.
How about the payment terms?
Our normal payment is 30% advance and 70% balance before sending or L/C at sight.
What is your delivery time?
Normally, It takes us 15-45 business days for a purchase that's over our MOQ qty after you confirm the order and receive our LC at sight 30% deposit.
