Polyurethane activated carbon filter foam made with aluminum honeycomb, plastic honeycomb, and paper honeycomb. Compared with traditional activated carbon filters, it has better gas dynamic performance, lower volume density, larger specific surface area, higher adsorption efficiency, and lower wind resistance coefficient. Honeycomb shaped activated carbon filter is made by attaching powdered activated carbon onto polyurethane foam, with a carbon content of about 35% -50%. It can be widely used to process organic gases such as xylene, benzene, phenols, esters, alcohols, aldehydes, as well as odorous gases and low concentration, high air volume gases containing trace heavy metals. After adsorption concentration and purification of exhaust gas, it can be directly discharged.
Application:
Solvent recovery---recover benzene, ketones, esters, alcohols, petroleum and other organic substances. Air purification---adsorb and filter the malodor, body odor, smoke, poisonous gas, SO2, etc. in the air. Water purification---removal of heavy metal ions, musty smell, decolorization, COD reduction, etc., precious metal extraction or recovery, adsorption of radioactive substances, catalyst carriers.
