Δ It includes a tool magazine with 8 tools and is equipped with two sets of probing systems for tools and workpieces, capable of detecting the positions of both tools and workpieces separately.
Δ It can perform rough and finish turning of gears, single-flank turning, and offset angle turning.
Δ The machine can also incorporate turning and drilling functions.
Δ Special processing software is available for micro-conical teeth, crowned teeth, K-type teeth, and other special tooth forms.
Δ The machine offers excellent rigidity, stable precision, high efficiency, and simple operation.
Δ The tool post can rotate freely within ±25° and is equipped with a locking device.
Δ It provides signal interfaces for external automation, allowing for the integration of automated storage bins to achieve automatic loading and unloading; it can also be paired with robots for automated processing.
Δ A wet magnetic chip evacuation system is used, facilitating rear chip disposal.
