Medical Standard SSS Nonwoven Fabric Making Machine/ Nonwoven Fabric Production Line
Three beams nonwoven machine is also short for SSS. Three beams form one web by spun bonding. The spunbond nonwoven is generated by extruding a thermoplastic fiber polymer into fine filaments fiber. The size arranges from fifteen to thirty-five micrometer diameter. The filaments are collected on a conveyer belt in the form of a web. Then it is bonded to make spunbond nonwoven fabric. The nonwoven fabrics possess properties of excellent burst strengths, stability to heat & chemicals, porosity and tear strength.
SSS Nonwoven Fabric Application
SSS nonwoven fabrics are commonly used in healthy products such as baby diaper, sanitary napkin, face mask. It's also workable for material of garments and shoes such as clothes interlining and shoe cover.
