a) bottom roller
Bottom steel roller is processed by the high carbon bearing steel of GRC15. It is also processed through quenched and tempered, high frequency quenching and fine grinding .What's more, the rapid lifting of the cylinder can make the machine more efficient and convenient to adjust.
b) The roller was coiled with the NBR rubber, which was made from the special sink, and it can calculate the lifting height through the code wheel accurately and the accuracy can reach 1C.

Then hair-line by the emery cloth roll, pressed by one or many roll to make the hair-line comes out and make it beautiful shining.
Total line must combine laminator.
